Felling pretty Good this Morning. Skip Dinner last night because I was still full from Lunch... Accidentally bought 1/4 pound Veggie Burger instead of Regular Size... Had a really bad craving for sugar late last night so I gave myself permission to have some Waffle Cone Ice Cream... The only difference this time was'z lol I only ate 5 teaspoons instead of the rest of the container.My Sugar Craving went away had a good Nights sleep & on my way too the Gym now too Work It off.
