I'm rechristening last week from week 1 of running to week zero. Due to a few things beyond my control (up to and including having to evacuate my house due to an incoming tsunami!), I didn't get to do quite the amount of exercising I would've liked. I just went for a run though, so I'm still going. =) Also, I've been doing very well cutting down on Calories. I just weighed myself after the run and a shower and I was at 158.6! Wow. I haven't been down in the 150's in quite some time! I'm doing so well! =) Now it's time to have some lunch and get ready to go off to school. Have a great day, FS!
