Was proud of myself last night at the football party because there was doritoes and pizza and dips and I ordered a salad with grilled chicken and veggies. I didn't touch the stuff. It was soooooo hard!@!!! But it showed up this morning with another .5 lb weight loss. Who would think you could sit through a party and not cheat? I'm glad it's over though. Those are tough days!!! How is everyone else dealing with these get togethers?????
145.5 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 13.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Well done on your party restraint. I suppose as with some things in life you get what you deserve and the scales/weight are the truest rewards for all your discipline. I'm not sure there is an answer to dealing with these get togethers except to say make sure you're not too hungry when you get there because it makes it even harder to hold back.

We are all proud of you! What I try to do is make sure there are things I can snack on. I always have a low carb bar in my purse too. I keep Pork Rinds on hand at all times..Ive found a few dips that are low too.

I have to admire your courage at even going to the party. So far I decline the invites because I don't trust myself.
