I have to admit, I don't know where this weight loss has come from. I have over-eaten all week. It could be that normally I exercise on Saturdays so I'm sore on Sunday, so I have some water retension/swelling normally.

The Bigggest loser at work has a challenge where the person who loses the highest percentage of weight loss gets a pass on having to weigh in a week. The person who loses the lowest percentage of weight loss has to climb the 6 flights of stairs in our office building, up and down TWICE! I hope the weight loss today shows up on the scale at work on Monday. The saving grace is that you can weigh in any day during the week, so it's not just a one shot deal.

Other than that, I'm still catching up with work, and if I'm not too much of a slacker, I will get caught up on some of my less critical things today. However, the first priority is to make sure I work out today!

One thing we've found out is that when we're working out downstairs, if we watch TV, we end up with a shorter workout, but when we watch a movie on DVD (with no commercials), we end up working out more! So it's my turn to pick a movie! Oddly enough, movies with music work better for me - the Grinch is great!
249.0 lb Lost so far: 90.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I like working out to my kids movies. They are no-brainers usually have some music in them, and are cute.
