My husband and I started today. We are concentrating on eating better and we are working out together - back to boot camp! I'm not really following the fat smash diet, but counting calories/ww/combo. We are totally FOCUSED and should help each other through the next tough 3 weeks....
146.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 21.2 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
