Last week was kind of a hell week and I did a fair amount of emotional eating. I tried to keep somewhat of a handle on it, but at the same time gave myself license to eat comfort foods. Not having a sweet tooth to begin with helps a lot, though.
165.5 lb Lost so far: 12.5 lb.    Still to go: 20.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
