This week I had pizza, a doughnut and eating a whole package of crackers before I go to bed. Then I missed one of my exercise days. So you see where this is going.
232.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.4 lb a week
