went from a minimum of 1 lb per day to 1lb in a whole week. Been spot on the diet......added exercise though and I cant seem to control the water retention since I started the exercise? Drinking over 100liters a day and no constipation. Cant figure it out?
248.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 93.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
