Thanks! I just realized that after my weigh in today, I only have 39.2lbs to lose to goal! I now have less then 40lbs to lose! I have already lost 28.8lbs! I am really feeling good about myself. This time I am going to make it to my goal weight and maintain! Even when I have had small doubts or negative thoughts, I always come out on top winning mentally! Eat to Live! That is what is going to work! Plan, prepare, and make good choices!
