23-lbs gone in 8 weeks, thanks Dr.Atkins. Blood pressure went from bad to good in such a short time :) and never a hungry moment. Damn I'm feeling good, and I'm not starving myself on one of those starvation diets or hcg death diets!
227.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 82.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
