Got home from the hospital on the 6th and have been laying low trying to recover from the surgery I had on the 28th of November.
Not eating much so thats the reason for the weight loss.

Lost so far: 9.0 lb.
Still to go: 34.0 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
