Moving to New Orleans has been actually good for my weight loss! I started cutting out grains (but not rice), Dairy (but not butter), sugar (except alcohol) and have actively been avoiding processed foods. Now if I could give up sugarfree drinks that have aspertame and that other awful stuff as it increases inflammation! I'm sticking to good old fashioned Sweet and Low, but that's not in soda pop. Also Stevia (Truvia) works great and a fibrous plant.
