Well after a long time in plaster and still wearing a moon boot I am finally back in the right frame of mind to start to lose my weight I have a knee replacement to be done in July/August so have to work hard to lose the weight Wish me luck everyone and it's great to be back 😀😀😀👏👏👏👏
