Sunday pasta, pizza, breads, sangria...has been a decadent weekend and I haven't made it to gym today. Need to get back onto the wagon, but need the motivation.
175.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
