I was hoping for a little more but I guess my first week's weight loss and this combined works out to a "normal" loss.
177.8 lb Lost so far: 5.9 lb.    Still to go: 37.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1214 kcal Fat: 28.26g | Prot: 85.05g | Carb: 167.99g.   Breakfast: Egg Mug Benedict, vanilla soy milk, orange. Lunch: grapes, dried cranberries, kraft light raspberry vinaigrette, spinach, red leaf lettuce, feta cheese, Veggie soup, grilled chicken strips. Dinner: No time to cook chicken, rice. Snacks/Other: carrot chips, coffee mate, cheese and pretzels, Ritz crackerfuls. more...
