I was hoping for a little more but I guess my first week's weight loss and this combined works out to a "normal" loss.
177.8 lb Lost so far: 5.9 lb.    Still to go: 37.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1214 kcal Fat: 28.26g | Prot: 85.05g | Carb: 167.99g.   Breakfast: Egg Mug Benedict, orange, vanilla soy milk. Lunch: Veggie soup, grilled chicken strips, spinach, red leaf lettuce, feta cheese, dried cranberries, kraft light raspberry vinaigrette, grapes. Dinner: No time to cook chicken, rice. Snacks/Other: cheese and pretzels, Ritz crackerfuls, coffee mate, carrot chips. more...
