I was hoping for a little more but I guess my first week's weight loss and this combined works out to a "normal" loss.
177.8 lb Lost so far: 5.9 lb.    Still to go: 37.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 06 February 2012:
1214 kcal Fat: 28.26g | Prot: 85.05g | Carb: 167.99g.   Breakfast: vanilla soy milk, orange, Egg Mug Benedict. Lunch: grapes, kraft light raspberry vinaigrette, grilled chicken strips, Veggie soup, feta cheese, red leaf lettuce, dried cranberries, spinach. Dinner: No time to cook chicken, rice. Snacks/Other: Ritz crackerfuls, coffee mate, cheese and pretzels, carrot chips. more...
