I hope that isn't a fluke! I'm recording it because I am feeling so positive:) Unbelievable! Although, I treated my daughters to a fun night at the MickeyDs playplace last night and they had a McFlurry and I didn't take a single bite! So, I feel I am deserving of the weight loss:) This feels really good that I don't feel like I am depriving myself! I am trying to retrain my brain that food is not a reward and that sweets do not lead to happiness. Well, it is temporary happiness, but then sadness when it is on my hips. Well, I am babbling and I am ready to accomplish weekend #2 of making sure I record everything. I am not taking "off" on the weekends anymore:)
156.4 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 26.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's amazing... more than 25 pounds gone, I still think everyday "I hope this isn't a fluke". Nice to see someone else say it! Have you found other "rewards" to give yourself? I'm always looking for new ideas.

Actually, I have found what I would consider healthy-ish meals that I eat a few times a week. I'm loving vanilla activia light with chopped walnuts and fresh fruit. That really satisfies my sweet tooth for some reason and I eat it for lunch. Also (and I know they have sugar on them), but I am loving glazed walnuts. I just make sure I keep it to 1/4 of a cup total serving for the day. So, I'll have 1/8 cup plain walnuts with my yogurt and 1/8 cup glazed walnuts as a snack later when I need something sweet. I can't wait until I am down 25 pounds!

Haha! I always think the scale is broken when I record a loss. You're obviously doing really well! Keep it up through the weekend!
