Ok they say on Atkins don't just go by weight, but also by your measurements and how your clothes fit.

My stomach definitely looks smaller, and my waist is down 2 inches! I am excited. 8 pounds down (this of course varies daily), and two inches lost. Too lazy to do the rest of my measurements right now. I did do hips and was only down 1/2 an inch.

One month tomorrow, but a month of frial and error and realizing I do need to stay within the recommended net carbs (20) AND recommended calorie range (1500-1800) for this to work for me.and it really is a reasonable and doable healthy way of eating.
234.2 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 74.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
