Well it looks like I've dropped all the excess water plus the weight gain from my birthday. Amazing how much you can gain in just a short time when you load up on all the wrong carbs. Feeling way less bloated now and eating is back on track, but those carb cravings are always just below the surface. I think food addiction is worse than drug addiction in a way because you can't just stop eating completely. Hoping to be back down to 195 before 4th of July and then down to goal before the end of the year. Fingers crossed, but if it takes longer so be it. Hope everyone is moving forward to their goals. Just remember if you stray from your plan, be kind and forgive yourself and just put it behind you and move on.
