I'm happy to write that I didn't take any steps back after my fast on Tuesday. Part of that is from all of the exercise I did yesterday. Now I just need to stay motivated and active.

I had a massive lunch today (but it's nice to indulge in Indian buffets and good company), but I just spent half an hour hooping. I'm hoping it'll all balance out. Today was a much better session. I think I'm starting to get the hang of it.
