NEED to stick to things musch better than i had the past few days, certainly has not helped me, should of been a bigger loss.MY TREAT TO ME, is if i take of 5 lbs. or more, i will buy me a new dress!! BUT, I cannot go until xmas eve day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

oh any lost is better than gaining!!!! you will get there!!!!go buy that dress now and work towards getting into it. you can and will do it!!!!i have faith in you!!! keep it up

oh and its a pretty black vera wong dress at Kohls, i just thought I HAD TO HAVE IT when i saw it, ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
