There was a tiny loss on the scale and more importantly is the reforming of the habit of logging my food and activity. Even getting on the site is becoming more habitual. As busy as I am, I must take time for myself. Have a healthy and active weekend. Work hard toward your goals and ENJOY what you have! Thanks for the support and positive comments.
176.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 16.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
