I am truly shocked! I knew Atkinds worked, but still. . .

I have eaten well and have not sufferred one bit from hunger or cravings. And this time around I'm exercising to build muscle.

:)
138.6 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Congratulations and keep up the good work! That's how the Atkins program is supposed to work, weight loss without starving yourself, and it even acts as an appetite supressant, when you are in the groove, and that always feels great; beacause you don't feel like you are missing anything. :-)
