I ate cheese fries with steve on his bday and drank a lot over the weekend when we were celebrating (well not a lot just multiple nights, and bourbon, ugh). I didn't make it to the gym much last week. Need some motivation! Really need to get my ass to the classes, no more excuses. I will go to the back and leave early if I can't handle the whole class.Sleep = better motivation but I'm not getting very good sleep! I hope after getting back to the gym and trying to avoid the roomies/tv/chattiness that will help - there is no time if I want to get to bed at a decent hour.
