Ack. I've gained a couple pounds after really letting myself go, eating whatever I want, whenever I want, in rather large portions...

But I've started the C25K program finally today, after talking so much about wanting to do it. No more excuses! (something I also say a lot, but I mean it this time!) I have something I'm working toward now though, I'll be going back home to Oklahoma in May, and there's someone I'm wanting to impress. =)

I also need to really start utilizing Fatsecret's tools and resources to keep track of my Calories again. I've gotta get into the habit!

And lastly, I've gotta start doing pushups and situps again like I used to in the navy. I was in such better shape back then.
162.8 lb Lost so far: 9.7 lb.    Still to go: 12.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
