Whoosh, yay! A much bigger drop than I expected. I weighed myself 3 times to make sure.
248.0 lb Lost so far: 14.4 lb.    Still to go: 133.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks, it was a whoosh, swoosh drop so a lot less than 8.4 per week. Tomorrow may be no loss or 0.2 gone. Whatever it will be, will be. :)
