Had a very good visit with MIL. We visited a museum in Kansas City, tried Arthur Bryant's (Yes weight gain) saw a movie and toured the county side.

Dad is now back home. Everything looks good for now. I have told him that if he doesn't work hard for the home health physical therapist then he will go to a nursing home for a few weeks to get rehab.

Like so many of us, it's time to get back on track. I am a avid Gardener and have started in on this year's garden plan. Helps with activity level.
203.0 lb Lost so far: 16.6 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
