Too much going on and I found myself cutting down on exercise and not bothering too much to focus on what I eat, drinking more and even started smoking again. So today I feel a tad wheezy, legs heavy, wishing I could run or do Bikram and instead I tuck my sick child in bed and come to work.... which is a whole story in itself that has nothing to do with FS, thankfully.
I need to get into a new routine but life keeps getting in the way! :)
No matter how well I plan and how much I am willing to do stuff, something just happens or I find myself too exhausted - mentally as well.
So instead of whining, I will try to plan my days better (no, not my meals like some folks here manage to do... just talking about what to fit in a day), for myself - my sanity, my daughter, my dogs... and for my budget, LOL!
140.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
