I lost 3.4 pounds this past week.

I am feeling good about that because I know now that I am losing pure fat and not just water weight.

I will be very happy losing this much weight every week as long as it always keeps going in the right direction.
278.2 lb Lost so far: 16.8 lb.    Still to go: 103.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
