Good Morning Dear Journal,

I am excited to begin my 2 new challenges this week. I did not loose as much weight as I'd like but this week I plan to do much better with the help of this website. My mini goal at this point is to basically get under 200 pounds which would make me a happier. Well off to the gym.
204.6 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 34.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.9 lb a week
