was traveling this week with younger folks and had a hard time staying disciplined with the diet. a lot of micro brew, meats, and sitting around BSng with no x?cercise
290.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 90.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
