Went up one lb. this week. Got to get serious this week. Thanks to a friendly challenge with a friend, Trying to drop 5 lbs. this week. Got to stay serious. Thanks Gail for the encouragement.
200.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
