Another drop, I'll take it since I sat all day yesterday sewing and didn't get much exercise except my morning walk.

I have another day of sewing planned with the ladies, It is like a mini vacation.
201.0 lb Lost so far: 36.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
