Sherillynn's Journal, 17 February 2017

Surprise! I had a huge drop overnight. I suspect I was retaining water and now I have diuresed. I officially weigh less than I have in at least 8 years. The next bit goal is only 3 pounds away.

The strange thing about this drop is that yesterday I stayed within my caloric intake but had some chocolate and some potato chips.

Today the weather is supposed to reach the 50s here. I am going to be sewing with a large group of women so I am not sure if I will get my walk in but I sure am going to try.

Hoping being around other quilters will help my mood and depression. The sun should help as well.
