I did ok this weekend. I could do better. I did actually lose weight this weekend and I didn't follow the diet completely. So I know when I follow it to the "T" I'll do awesome on it! (because I've done it before) I know how good I felt when I was close to my ideal weight (for me)...I'm going to get there again! SOON! :o)
160.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sibby, I'm on WW too...so what do you say that we support each other and keep track of each other's progress?? if you mess up or cheat, you'll be letting me down, and vice versa. I've noticed that if I have this kind of mentality, I will try harder because I don't want to let my support team down! wanna try?? WE CAN DO IT!

I'm with ya sista and count me in!! I'm all for not letting others down...(easier to let yourself down, ya know)...I'm and "UP" kinda person and we'll help each other along! tag-team here we go!! :o)
