Bippi's Journal, 27 January 2012

I gained a bit of weight back, but part of that could be regular fluctuations during the week. At least I didn't gain back as much as I weighed before my fasting day. Now I just have to be good to my body (and soul) over the weekend.

200 spins again, today. I feel balanced and happy.

16 minutes - Wii fit yoga
134.7 lb Lost so far: 5.3 lb.    Still to go: 34.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
