Well, it seems I took a holiday from watching what I'm eating - now I'll try to get back on track. Atkins shake for breakfast and a frozen Atkins lunch.
168.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
