Have been struggling with depression and not tracking food.
263.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 3.0 lb a week

Hang in there...depression is a hard thing to deal with, but I find journaling can help me explore why I feel down. Also, if I track my food along with my feelings I can find out why I eat to soothe feelings. Good luck!
