"reality is relative" – – heard on some political show, trying to explain how the truth has to be told AND heard by the public, in order for policymakers to be completely successful.

This morning, my twist is : "Weight management is relative".

Our bodies are extensive, complicated, beautifully intertwined networks of systems. Stress one system over here… It affects a system over there....probably many...systems are affected by a single change in any one system located elsewhere.

As is my body, and my struggle to achieve the goals that my silly little pea brain head decides. For example: "this shall be the policy hence forth". "Body, thus I command you to eat chicken leg quarters for the week, ha ha!", with my expectation for all my systems to comply and maintain a steady weight loss.

"Body says: NO"

Seems my body has a bit of difficulty, transitioning from a tofu plant-based diet, to a largely poultry high-protein diet, even though I maintain a similar fat intake proportion.

Critical thinking, global understanding, a philosophy of "try, try and try again" – – – Seems to be what's needed in this journey of body management. Akin to what makes good science or good music, art, endeavor… Yeah you get it, don't you?

So, I readjusted my gait on this path. Back to tofu and vegetables, increased exercise, DELIBERATE RE-centering breaks during my awake time, including exercising muscle groups during the sessions.

And guess what. I feel better this morning upon, and after awakening. Oh, no doubt I am adjusting to the increased dosage of anti-seizure medication, and the serious down FX it has been lobbying my way. but I know (well, strongly suspect), that my efforts & actions are helping me feel better. As a reminder, yesterday morning, I felt really, really shitty. Or as some millennials might say "I felt literally, really shitty".😏🙄
