Felt that I followed the diet well and have lost and must keep on daily working with this diet and remember it will take me a year to lose all of this weight and I am fine with that. Now I will get my daughter started and we can be diet buddies.
222.5 lb Lost so far: 10.5 lb.    Still to go: 72.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
