Sons wedding in 16 days.
26 days no alcohol
Day 16 of new exercise routine.
Have to get dress this weekend. :(

Congratulations! OMG you are going to look beautiful! 16 days is long time! You could try the diet that the professional atheletes use to trim down quickly. That means eating believe it or not all throughout the day. Think of your body as a furnace that needs to burn the right fuel and keep it stoked all day. Arm yourself with plenty of celery sticks, lean protein like grilled chicken only. Serving size should be the size of your palm. Eggs are the perfect protein. An egg is only 100 cal each. Unlimited greens and NON starchy veggies. NO BUTTER or SPREADS NO SUGAR, NO BREAD, or grains, NO CHEESE. I don't know if you can find asparagus and dandelion greens by you, but they really help in reducing inflammation. I can have the worst eating habits, but if I stick to eating lots of veggies like spirilized zucchini. I can dump water weight and fat fast! Drink lots of water and unlimited unsweetened tea! Good luck.
