Went to the rec center and worked out on the bike for an hour and did 13 miles from 3 resistance on quick start to 6 resitance so that is not bad when at 6 miles I was at 26 minutes thought I was going to stop at 12 miles but I cut off 4 mintues from the last time I was on the bike when I did 30 minutes probably cuz then I did not push it to 6 resistance for a mile and a half.
195.4 lb Lost so far: 54.6 lb.    Still to go: 65.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
