Day two of egg/meat fast results: Down just a smidge,but thinking I overdid the sodium and did not drink enough. Got a little too snacky in the evening at the second job. Had 4 small slim jims and a string cheese. Then I got home late and was starving. Made some bacon and three eggs for dinner. Probably has something to do with the minimal difference on the scale. Feeling pretty good and not sick of eggs yet. LOL. Other than last night my appetite has been less than it has been lately. Already had breakfast and my BPC,so I am on track for day three.
