2558 kcal Fat: 82.80g | Prot: 87.86g | Carb: 374.55g.   Breakfast: Whipped Cream Cheese Spread, everything bagel, smart balance, apple juice. Lunch: Granola, Organic Lowfat Just Peachy Yogurt, Mango Salsa, Pasta with Carbonara Sauce, Tortilla Corn Chips, Fried Battered Catfish. Dinner: catfish, Steamed Dumpling (Filled with Meat Poultry or Seafood), maple syrup, pancake. Snacks/Other: spinach, kale, orange, banana, apple juice, grapes, tortilla chips, zico, mango salsa, pear, apple. more...
