OK - up a bit again, and I am now sure that I CANNOT have more than one Atkins product per day - yuckies all the next day. Not crazzy about this pattern I've got going...up, down, up, up, up, down, up. I want more downs.:(
237.6 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 27.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 25 January 2012:
