Well I lost it for a couple of days but now I'm back on-- I feel like I've been saying that a lot lately.
146.6 lb Lost so far: 49.4 lb.    Still to go: 26.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Diet Calendar Entry for 25 January 2012:
1567 kcal Fat: 49.09g | Prot: 49.28g | Carb: 244.26g.   Breakfast: banana. Lunch: great value spinach, red onion, calamata olives, great value wheat rotini, Cauliflower Bean Alfredo. Dinner: cacique soy chorizo, great value salsa, sweet potato, great value spinach, great value great northern beans, olive oil. Snacks/Other: oranges, carrot, celery, honey, Vegan Double Chocolate Ice Cream, smucker's natural peanut butter, apple. more...
