Yesterday was a great fasting day. I managed to break my fast with moderation, and I wasn't as light-headed as I've been before.

Day two of trying the spinning: 200 spins. My son gets a big kick out of watching me spin. Sometimes he runs around me in circles or spins by himself. When I finish, he hugs me and tackles me to the ground.
134.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
