Hello! Good news is that I've managed to drop about a pound and a half in the past two weeks-ish. And that's with what I'd consider a pretty scary time of the year. Most folks think the end-of-year holidays are bad news, but nobody even considers the New Years' parties, and the college and professional football playoffs, for their own inherent risks. I did ease up o the running over the last week of January...but only by about 10-15 miles. Otherwise, things are progressing nicely.
