Well, I couldn't stand it. I just HAD to know. So I did it. I weighed after vacation. It could have been worse, I guess. I gained a pound. And it's not just any pound. It was the hardest danged pound to loose in the first place. I did it once...I can do it again! Note to self: Don't eat that huge, big old meal just because they put it in front of me. The discipline thing...it takes practice!
160.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You're doing great! I hope you had a wonderful vacation! I can't wait to hear all about it. One pound is so catchable and you've already proven you can do it. Keep reminding yourself of what you've already accomplished because it's great. Don't beat yourself up over anything you think you've done "wrong." Obviously, you are doing way more right than "wrong." You are a Hot Chick and we rule!

Ditto what she said! You did great. How cool you were able to spend time with family and friends - that balance thing, ya know! As for that dang pound, I know it will be easier this time around.
