Good Morning Dear Diary,
I can hardly believe it, another excellent weigh in. I now weight in at 154.0 lbs. Only 14.0 lbs to go before I'm at my ultimate goal weight of 140.0 lbs. I love how the Intermittent Fasting is working for me. I decided a long time ago to do a "Modified Low Carb" way of eating and Intermittent Fasting and it's working.
Well, we just finished another round of SNOW here in Washington State (S.W.)
With over 12" on SNOW on the ground it prompted school closures all over our area. But, things are getting back to NORMAL now I guess.

Also interested in the intermittent fasting! I did this yesterday and saw a small difference in the scale today. I'm doing this again today...I had dinner at 7p and had coffee with heavy cream this morning and then a salad for lunch around 1p so 18 hour fast.

What an inspiration. I'm in the Idaho Panhandle - sick of the snow. Maybe getting sicker of the rain on top of the snow!
