Ok diet and exercise back on track......rest of life a mess......isn't life all about juggling.......but still breathing, so all good......
182.1 lb Lost so far: 25.1 lb.    Still to go: 23.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Breathing is the main thing! I know how hard it is to get back when you've been off for a while. Hopefully you will see some success soon.

Yeah breathing is nice..sure can't live with out air..so glad your eating and exercising is back on track..see I knew you could do it.. Now smile til your heart over flows..and kick some booty if everything else fails..Have a terrific day my friend...Love ya...:O)
