Breathing is the main thing! I know how hard it is to get back when you've been off for a while. Hopefully you will see some success soon.

Yeah breathing is nice..sure can't live with out air..so glad your eating and exercising is back on track..see I knew you could do it..

Really glad to hear the basics are back on track! Now for cleaning up some of the other stresses in your life! Oh, and yeah... breathe! Very good for getting thru the day! ;)
